Easy Clay garland
I love making air dry ornaments every year with my little babe. I really like this recipe because it makes a beautiful true white clay.
Ingredients-
1 cup of Baking Soda·
¼ cup of Corn Starch·
¾ cup of water
You’re basically going to dump everything into a pan and heat it up until it becomes a thick paste.
After you have your paste, roll the clay between two pieces of parchment dusted in corn starch, and cut out your shapes. Dust with corn starch as necessary to prevent sticking.
Bake at 170F for 2 hours, and that’s it!
I found this copper wire at the craft store and just wrapped it around a mickey every few inches to make a garland. After that I wrapped that and some fairy lights into a tiny tree. I love how understated and subtle the Mickeys are. Almost like hidden Mickeys.
