Frozen Yogurt Bites

These frozen bites are such an easy peasy, refreshing summer treat. It’s one of our favorite ways to cool off during the summer. When I was a kid, I would take the entire yogurt cup, stick a spoon through the foil and stick in in the freezer for a yogurt pop. This is basically the same concept but in fun shapes and colors, and also in small bites to make it little kid friendly.

The small bites remind me of those frozen dots they sell at amusement parks. I’ve actually never tasted those but that’s what these remind me of.
To make:
- Divide yogurt into containers
- Add food dye/coloring and mix each color separately
- Add each color into a ziplock bag, squeeze any air out and zip closed
- cut a small corner of the ziplock baggie off and begin filling your molds *
- Freeze for a few hours or preferably overnight.
*If you’re not using molds, simply line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and squeeze rows of dots. They’ll easily slide off after freezing.
These are so easy I almost feel guilty putting it down on a blog post. I hope you enjoy this easy healthy summer snack as much as we do!
