Honey Chamomile Lemonade Pops

Popsicles and summer, name a better duo. Ha! This is an easy peasy recipe for a basic lemonade popsicle with a twist.

If you wanna get fancy or artsy with it you can add lemon slices and chamomile flowers to your pops but it’s totally for aesthetic purposes. To do this I used tweezers to arrange/place my flowers and lemon slices how I wanted them. I then used a small syringe to add a small layer of lemonade to the pop mold. I put that in the freezer for an hour to set the design in place. Once your flowers and lemon are set, fill the rest of the mold and freeze. I like to freeze overnight just to make sure it’s fully frozen.
Also, add to a glass of Prosecco for an even more adulty summer twist! ENJOY!
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add your tea bags and allow to steep.Remove bags.
Add the juice of two lemons and 1/3 cup of honey. Stir and allow to cool.
Once cooled add your honey lemonade to your pop molds and freeze.
